Our Mission
To promote the customer support profession in Minnesota by providing a forum facilitating the exchange of information and knowledge between industry resources. HDI Minnesota will promote the Help Desk Institute's standards, certifications, and training programs as well as the technologies, tools and trends of the help desk and customer support industry.

9-17-2008 - Kirk Weisler presenting "Big Moo Part 2: It's All About the Love!"  Learn the 7 Simple Things every team member can do.   Also an AM team building workshop.
