Our Mission
To promote the customer support profession in Minnesota by providing a forum facilitating the exchange of information and knowledge between industry resources. HDI Minnesota will promote the Help Desk Institute's standards, certifications, and training programs as well as the technologies, tools and trends of the help desk and customer support industry.

Join us for our annual event.  This year we will be back on the Jonathon Padelford leaving from Harriet Island in St Paul.

This is our big event of the year.  Bring others from your team to join us for food, drinks, and fun!

HDI MN sponsored training for HDI certification

 

We are happy to announce that the Minnesota Chapter of HDI will be hosting THREE (3) of the most requested training sessions that are the best in the industry!  These classes are open to both HDI members and non-members.  We hope that you will be interested in this exciting chance to learn, network, and prepare to get certified as a Support Center Analyst or Team Lead.
